STEVE TANKERSLEY I was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California, graduated from the United States Naval Academy (1996), and spent over 10 years in the Navy as a SEAL. Whether deployed to the Philippines, Africa or Iraq I have enjoyed introducing others to CrossFit. HEIDI HEARN CrossFit Level I Trainer Hi, I'm Heidi-mother of four, wife of one, and certified CrossFit trainer! I understand the demands of balancing a busy life with the desire to stay fit, healthy, and strong. Can you relate?!? As a competitive college runner, I can't think of a time when I wasn't interested in health, fitness, and nutrition. But it's really my bone density issues that have been the driving force behind my commitment to stay in shape. I want to live a full life now and in the years to come, and I want to help others do that as well. That's why I am involved in CrossFit Flood. I have tried just about every form of exercise-from weightlifting to running, swimming to group workout classes. Yet I've never experienced anything as effective as CrossFit. Whether you are fighting health issues like mine, an aging metabolism, post-baby weight, or just have a desire to get lean and strong, this can be for you! In addition to spending time in the gym, I love going for walks and hikes outside, cooking, and spending time with my family. I love the way CrossFit helps me enjoy my interests with greater strength and energy! SETH EATON I was born in Maine, have lived in Japan, but San Diego is my home; I have been living here since 1979. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my wife Katie, son Harrison, and daughter Meredith. We like the beach, the park, and hanging out at the gym. I am especially fond of the Power and Olympic lifts of CrossFit, and enjoy helping others learn them.Remember, it's not called a 'rest-out'...it's a workout! See you in the gym. Email Seth |

HEATHER MOLASCON CrossFit Level I Trainer CrossFit Running and Endurance Trainer Hi!! I’m Heather Molascon. I have a husband and three active children… all of whom keep me quite busy. I need a lot of strength and energy to keep up with them. CrossFit has played a big role in helping me develop both of those. Growing up, I was quite active—usually involved in one sports activity or another. I’ve always had an interest in health and fitness, but had never really had to worry about my weight, what I ate, or getting exercise—until I got married and had children! After my first child was born I was shocked to find myself 35 pounds overweight!! It’s amazing how much that extra weight slowed me down and tired me out. In the past 7 ½ years I’ve fought to lose that weight trying different diets and exercising sporadically. Finally, I found CrossFit Flood. As a result of the CrossFit workouts I’ve now lost all of that baby weight; and I’ve increased my strength. I have all the energy I need to take care of and enjoy my family. In addition, I’ve found a new passion. I’ve become a Certified CrossFit Trainer because I’m excited about what CrossFit has done for me and I’d love to be able to help others (You!!) experience its benefits as well. TATUM LEHMAN I am a certified trainer in both CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Endurance. I have completed a background check and am CPR certified. I have coached an under-9 soccer team, have run PE classes full of kids, and have worked with children most of my life. I am really excited to offer the CrossFit experience to kids and to see them fall in love with fitness at a young age. I look forward to seeing you in the gym. I grew up in the High Desert, spent 4 years in the US Navy, and am now contracting for the Navy while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University. Between training for high school sports, training as a rescue swimmer in the Navy, and many hours of training for triathlons, I’ve seen several different exercise regimens. None of them compare to CrossFit for developing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility together. I’m definitely a “people person,” so I’m always excited to develop friendships while partnering with clients to achieve their fitness goals. If you’re an early bird, and you would like to start the day off with a good sweat at 5am, I’m your man! I can also make time to meet for one-on-one sessions with clients who want to develop base training for a specific sport or just want to hone the skills that CrossFit typically utilizes. Sports, hiking, and lifting weights kept me active and fit. Over the years I’ve tried lots of different exercise regiments- all in an effort to keep fitness fresh. But nothing quite compares to CrossFit! What started for me as a 3 day-a-week “weight loss after kids” workout quickly became a new passion. I love the community, competition, and variety of CrossFit. Each day brings a new challenge and the opportunity to give 100%! CrossFit provides the instruction, encouragement, and accountability you need to take your fitness to the next level. I’d love to work with you to achieve your goals! In addition to CrossFit, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Matt, keeping up with our four children, attending their sporting events, hiking, reading, and family days at the beach. I have a passion for sound nutrition and caring for your body from the inside out. I am certified as a Level 1 instructor as well as in running and endurance, and nutrition. I became a CrossFit trainer because of the difference it has made in my life and I know it can make a difference in yours as well! |
