Starting Out
To begin working out at CrossFit Flood, you must start with a series of personal training sessions. These sessions will introduce you to the exercises, equipment, and philosophy of CrossFit. After you have finished your introductory sessions, you can choose to continue with personal training or enter one of our classes (subject to trainer's recommendation).
The cost for introductory sessions is: $200 for 5 sessions. Please contact us to schedule your introduction.
Classes:
$110 / month for 5 days per week
$80 / month for 3 days per week
Personal Training
$65 / hour for one-on-one personal training

6:30am: Monday - Friday
5::00pm: Monday - Friday
6:00pm: Monday - Friday
Saturday: 8:00am Barbell Class, 9:00am Free WOD
